If you use the Website on behalf of a business, soccer club, sports organization, educational institution, or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

1. Violate any applicable law or regulation;

3. Products and Orders

COPATEAM reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:

3. Correct pricing, typographical, technical, or inventory errors;
4. Limit purchase quantities;
5. Refuse or cancel any order.

Product images are provided for illustration only. Actual colours, materials, specifications, and product appearance may vary due to manufacturing updates, production tolerances, or individual display settings.

Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase and does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted only when confirmed by COPATEAM or when processing has commenced.

COPATEAM may refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where:

5. Compliance with manufacturer distribution policies or applicable laws requires such action.

COPATEAM is not responsible for delays resulting from manufacturer production schedules, inventory shortages, customs procedures, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Commercial Customers

Where products are supplied under a separate written agreement with a sports club, educational institution, corporation, distributor, or other organization, the Terms of that agreement shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms.

4. Team Orders & Customized Products

COPATEAM offers customization services, including the application of names, numbers, logos, sponsor branding, patches, and other personalized elements.

By placing an order for customized products, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and final.

You are solely responsible for:

1. Product selection and sizing;
2. Spelling of names and initials;
3. Player numbers;
4. Artwork, logos, and branding;
5. Obtaining all necessary permissions to use any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials.

Where artwork approval is required, production will begin only after your approval has been received.

Once production has commenced, customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged, except where required by applicable law.

Minor variations in colour, print placement, embroidery, stitching, sizing, or other manufacturing tolerances are considered normal and shall not constitute defects.

COPATEAM reserves the right to refuse any customization request that may infringe intellectual property rights, violate applicable laws, or contain offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content available on this Website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product descriptions, catalogues, designs, videos, downloadable materials, and other content (collectively, the "Website Content"), is owned by or licensed to COPATEAM and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, transmit, display, or commercially use any Website Content without the prior written consent of COPATEAM.

All third-party trademarks, logos, and brand names displayed on the Website remain the property of their respective owners.
